The Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy Kits: Preview of Tea Time Solarium & Silver Screen Items
With the release of The Sims 4: Royalty & Legacy, the developers are introducing a Legacy Grand Bandle that includes two new Kits. What Are Kits in The Sims 4 and How Do They Work?
In The Sims 4, Kits are small, themed packs of items for Create a Sim (CAS) and Build & Buy mode. Unlike major expansions, Kits focus on a narrow visual or gameplay theme — such as garden furniture, specific fashion styles, or decorative objects.
The new Kits discussed here are part of the larger Royalty & Legacy collection. This means that when purchasing the expansion, these Kits will be included at no additional cost. However, they will also be sold separately, each at its own price, as is standard for other Kits.
“Tea Time Solarium” Kit: Elegance, Light, and Refined Leisure
The first of the two new Kits is designed around a light, airy, and elegant leisure space. This Kit allows players to create stylish interiors inspired by solariums and rooms with panoramic glass walls.
The Kit includes:

- refined furniture and decorative items for tea parties and social gatherings;
- tea sets and accessories that create a cozy, high-society atmosphere;

“Silver Screen Style” Kit: Dramatic Style Inspired by Cinema
The second Kit is fully dedicated to cinematic style and expressive fashion. Unlike the first Kit, this one focuses exclusively on CAS content, bringing new looks inspired by the aesthetics of the silver screen and classic Hollywood.
The “Silver Screen Style” Kit includes:
- dramatic evening gowns with striking silhouettes;
- tailored men’s suits in an elegant style;
- bold accessories that draw attention;
- outerwear suitable for formal occasions.
Release Date and How to Get the Kits
Both Kits will be available in The Sims 4 starting February 12, 2026, launching alongside the larger Royalty & Legacy collection.

- If you purchase the Legacy Grand Bandle, both Kits are included at no extra cost.
