WickedZoi for InZOI: The First Script Mod or a Dangerous Scam?

A website called WickedZoi has appeared online, offering players the chance to download the "first adult modification" for InZOI. The creators promise expanded romantic interactions, new animations, and even a mod manager with auto‑updates. But is everything as it seems? Let's look at the facts.

Official Stance: Script Mods Are Not Yet Possible in InZOI

According to the official roadmap from the InZOI developers and multiple statements from Krafton, support for script mods (those that add new gameplay logic, animations, and interactions) will not arrive until at least December 2026. Currently, the only moddable content is custom clothing, hairstyles, and build items.

The developers originally planned to use Blueprint, but after an internal audit they decided to switch to the more flexible and powerful Lua. This required a complete overhaul of the modding tools, pushing the timeline back by nearly a year.

Thus, any modification for InZOI that promises "scripts," "new behavior logic," or "complex animations" is immediately suspect — from a technical standpoint, it simply cannot work correctly because the game has no mechanisms to support it.

What Does WickedZoi Promise?

The website offers two versions of the mod.

The first is a paid WickedZoi Mod Manager. It's available via a subscription on Patreon or Fanstler (Pre‑Alpha 0.1.0) and is a desktop application that supposedly auto‑installs, updates, and manages all mods. The developers promise profile systems, automatic updates, and early access to new features.

The second is a free Wicked RealLove Mod. This is a stripped‑down Lite version (v1.0) that requires manual installation. It supposedly improves the "Make Love on the Bed" animation, making it more realistic.

As for the actual content, the authors claim the mod is already available in Pre‑Alpha 0.1.0 and includes: enhanced romantic interactions, two realistic animations for the bed scene (depending on who initiates), a solo female interaction on a yoga mat, and a pole dancing prop.

Future plans include full nudity (priority feature), a fully functional strip club with new interactions (including private dances), the first BDSM object with two‑character animation, and additional couple interactions on various objects.

Sounds like a full‑fledged script mod, doesn't it?

Why This Looks Like a Scam

Here are several red flags that cast doubt on WickedZoi's legitimacy.

Technical Impossibility

As noted, script mods for InZOI are officially impossible until at least December 2026. The developers have confirmed this in multiple statements. The creators of WickedZoi simply lack the tools to deliver what they promise — unless they have access to Krafton's closed SDK, which is extremely unlikely.

Ban on Nexus Mods

One of the most serious signals. WickedZoi's account was banned on Nexus Mods — the largest mod distribution site. The reason: uploading files containing malicious code intended to harm users' computers and accounts.

"This account uploaded mods that included malicious code intended to harm users' PCs and/or accounts" — official ban statement.

Nexus Mods has very strict moderation, and a ban for malware is no joke. When a site that reviews thousands of mods daily bans a project for malicious code, every player should take notice.

Paid Access and Pressure

The mod is distributed via paid subscriptions on Patreon or Fanstler. The creators use a classic psychological pressure scheme: offer a free "crippled" version, but promise full access only after subscribing. Combined with the Nexus Mods ban, this looks like an attempt to profit from a product that doesn't yet exist — or worse, to spread malware.

Lack of Real Proof

There are no gameplay videos on the website, no live demonstrations of the mod in action. Only screenshots and descriptions that could easily be generated. Not a single YouTube video from an independent streamer showing real installation and gameplay — just reposts with warnings.

The only video available is a pole dancing demonstration posted on the inZoI News account on X, but that account has no affiliation with Krafton — this is explicitly stated in the profile description. Again, there's no way to be certain that this video wasn't generated by AI.

Third‑Party Launcher — The Biggest Red Flag

To install the "full" version, you need to download a separate program — the WickedZoi Mod Manager. This isn't just an archive of files; it's a full‑fledged application (launcher) that you run on your computer.

Why this is especially dangerous:

Requests administrator privileges. Such programs often ask to run as administrator, giving them full access to your system — to read, modify, and delete any files.

Disguised as "convenience." The attacker's motive is simple: trick you into running a malicious file. Promises of "one‑click installation" are a classic way to lower your guard, especially when combined with the lure of "adult content."

Data collection. The app could collect data about your system, login credentials, or even bank card details if you pay for the subscription through the site.

Technical unnecessaryness. In InZOI, as in most modern games, script mods will not be officially supported until later. If the game doesn't support script loading, the very existence of a separate manager should raise suspicion.

Golden rule of security: any mod that requires installation via a third‑party launcher instead of ordinary files (like archives with documentation) is 99% likely to be a scam or malware. Especially if that launcher also asks you to "pay for a subscription."

Piggybacking on a Well‑Known Brand

It's worth noting that on April 1, 2025, Turbodriver — the legendary creator of WickedWhims for The Sims 4 — posted a joke announcement about "WickedWhims for InZOI." It was an April Fools' prank. The site has no connection to Turbodriver. Moreover, Turbodriver later confirmed there was no real project behind that joke.

The creators of WickedZoi are trying to ride on the coattails of a well‑known mod name while having no affiliation with the original author.

What Should Players Do?

If you still consider taking the risk, here are some recommendations:

Do not install the mod on your main system. Use a virtual machine or a separate computer with no important data.

Never download third‑party launchers. If a mod requires running a separate .exe file to add content — delete it. This is the most reliable way to avoid infection.

Back up your system before any installation.

Scan files with antivirus software — not just one, but several (e.g., VirusTotal).

Do not enter your card details or account passwords on any sites related to this mod.

Wait for official script support. In December 2026, Krafton promises to release a full ModKit with Lua scripting. That's when real, trustworthy mods from established creators will appear.

WickedZoi appears to be a classic example of a fraudulent scheme in the world of game modding:

  • Technically impossible in the current version of the game (script support only from December 2026).
    • Banned on Nexus Mods for distributing malicious code.
      • Uses aggressive monetization (paid subscription) and a third‑party launcher for installation.
        • Lacks real evidence of functionality (no videos, no independent reviews).
          • Piggybacks on a famous name with no connection to the original author.

Official tools for creating script mods for InZOI will not arrive until the end of the year with Lua support. Until then, any mods promising new logic, animations, or "adult content" should be considered at least suspicious — and in the case of WickedZoi, potentially dangerous for your computer.

Protect your data and be careful what you download.
