Sims 4 Marketplace Drops Five New Sets: MADLEN Hairstyles, SixamCC Plants, HYDRA Y2K Gamer, and Rustic Decor
The Sims 4 Marketplace received a record update — on August 21, 2026, the developers released five new creator sets at once. The total cost of all content is 1900 Moola (about $19 USD). The collection includes hairstyles from MADLEN, plants and a garden shop from SixamCC, a vintage gamer room from HYDRA, a rustic kitchen from Kerriganhouse, and a cozy interior from Pierisim. However, immediately after the release, three sets disappeared from the catalog — apparently, they were released by mistake.
The Little Plant & Garden Shop Maker Pack by SixamCC — the biggest set
Price: 700 Moola ($7 USD), 50 items
This set became the largest and most expensive in today's batch. The creator SixamCC, already familiar to players from many previous sets, has created a real encyclopedia of greenery. The set includes more than 20 types of plants inspired by real houseplants, as well as shelves, display cases, signs, planters, and decorative elements for designing a flower shop, greenhouse, or just a green corner in the house.

Six feminine hairstyles — from long hair to short cuts and updos. All options are made in a "fresh" and "groomed" style that easily combines with everyday and evening looks.
Some hairstyles reference the TV series "Desperate Housewives," but it is unknown if the creator planned such an association on purpose. In any case, it looks interesting.
Release Error: Five Sets Turned into Two
Soon after the sets were published on the Marketplace, an update appeared: three of the five sets were removed. Apparently, they were released by mistake and will return to the catalog later.
At the time of writing, only the following are available:

- "Y2K Gamer" Set by HYDRA
The rest of the content is temporarily unavailable. Players in the comments confirm that they managed to download them before the removal, but now the sets are not displayed.
Community Reaction
Players are actively discussing both the sets themselves and the strange situation with their disappearance. Some users managed to purchase the removed sets and are sharing screenshots, while others are annoyed by the instability of the Marketplace.
The plant set from SixamCC attracted particular attention — it is praised for the number of items and the quality of execution. However, part of the community still fundamentally does not use the Marketplace due to the inconvenient Moola currency and EA's policies.
