Get your simlish cheat sheets ready! Goliath Games, together with EA, has announced a brand-new board game inspired by The Sims universe — YaGoBuGi, where the main star is none other than… the Simlish language itself!
This fast-paced, noisy, and hilarious social card game invites players to speak exclusively the iconic language of gibberish of The Sims series.
What Is YaGoBuGi?
YaGoBuGi is a dynamic party game of communication and negotiation — with no turns and no waiting. Everyone plays at the same time, creating Simlish words from their cards and trying to match phrases with other players.
The longer (and funnier!) your combination, the more in-game currency — simoleons — you’ll earn. The ultimate scoring phrase? The iconic YA-GO-BU-GI!

How to Play
- 3–6 players, ages 8+
- Draw cards and build Simlish words with 2, 3, or 4 syllables
- Match your phrase with other players to earn simoleons
- Mix, match, negotiate, and chat your heart out — the longer your matched phrase, the more simoleons you’ll collect
- Every round sounds completely different — easy to learn, endlessly replayable, and guaranteed to make everyone laugh
