As you can see, the developers did not hold back on accessories — and this is only a small part of what’s included. The trailer then introduces more outfits designed for different ages.
Men’s and Women’s Outfits
Here, clothing is shown on two Sims at the same time, making it difficult to catch every detail at first glance. However, screenshots reveal the finer elements of each outfit:

The Sims 4 Royalty & Legacy Trailer: Lots and New Build Items
The second trailer focuses on Build & Buy Mode updates. Players can expect a new selection of furniture, architectural elements, and decorative items created in various styles.
The developers showcased different wall, window, and door options, along with new furniture and décor, plus additional details that make buildings feel more refined and complete.

Backstage: A New Lot Type
We finally get a look at the new “Backstage” lot type and what lies deep beneath the surface.
This 20×20 lot by Studio Gabri features standard library spaces and shared areas on the ground floor. However, the most intriguing part is located in the basement, where Sims will gather to discuss their secrets.

The new trailers show that the developers are placing a strong emphasis on visual variety and atmosphere. The new clothing expands customization options for creating unique Sims, while the new build items allow players to design more detailed residential and community lots.
Judging by the footage, the upcoming expansion will be a strong addition for both builders and players who care deeply about their Sims’ appearance.
