Retention
We keep data collected through cookies no longer than necessary for the stated purposes and within the periods shown in the tables above. When a period expires or consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted or anonymised. Consent duration (when we may re-ask) and data retention (how long we keep collected data).
Deletion
You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings link available on every page of the Platform. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Independently of our cookie settings, you can delete cookies already stored on your device and prevent new ones from being set through your browser settings. Most browsers also allow you to block third-party cookies, to delete cookies automatically when you close the browser, or to browse in a private window in which cookies are discarded at the end of the session.
Local storage, session storage and IndexedDB entries are not removed by the “delete cookies” option in every browser. To clear them, use the option to delete site data, cached files or “browsing data” for the relevant site, which is available in the same settings menus linked above.
Please note that deleting or blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform from working, including signing in, submitting forms and the live-chat widget. If you delete cookies, your consent choices are deleted too, and the consent banner will be shown to you again on your next visit.
